I dont know if this means that we are good parents, or bad. But our kids have never had hamburger helper (not from us, anyway)..I almost fainted when I heard that. So, as luck would have it...it was on sale and on the menu last night.
As usual, the older one gagged his way through it, while the younger one thought it was gourmet. Pretty typical.
Another first, our oldest has never spring cleaned. Got him and DH doing walls, cupboards, behind the fridge and stove. His response? About the same as eating hamburger helper. Pretty much the worst day of his life.
Also, on the first list....a freakin plumbing snake all the way to timbuktoo and back to unclog our sink. Lovely.
Baseball and football are both moving along. Its hectic...but I think the kids are enjoying it. At least I hope they are. Now, gearing up for may long at the cabin (for DH and Retzky) and a hockey tourney for C-man and I.
